No. The 9590 is a horrible choice(hot, power hog, lots of stability issues), also the 9590 doesn't support DDR4 only DDR3. It also get outperformed by i3's in some AAA games. 32Gb is massive overkill, 16Gb is plenty and iut look like the funds from there could be better spent. Currently you'd be better off with an i5 but if it must be an AMD cpu then wait for Ryzen(believe current eta is March).
