Hello ive had my i7 3770k since it first came out and never had a problem i recently decided to overclock my whole system gpu and cpu didnt bother with ram but ever since i did that my cpu and gpu usage is 99 percent in almost everygame my gpu is kingpin 780ti @1450mhz its never happened before until now

Ok so it's probably not throttling then. Now from what I understand prior to overclocking, you did not hit 99%, but now with the same graphics settings it is hitting 99% post overclock. No settings have been upped?
