BF1 Random , Massive Fps drops

Hey guys, when I'm playing BF1 I get random fps drops. I monitored this with MSI afterburner and noticed these drops occur when GPU Usage drops down to 0 - 5 %. Anyone know how to fix this. I also noticed that the mem clock also drops slightly during these drops..
Any help appreciated, really frustrating.

have you already DDU'ed and reinstalled your drivers?
also please post a full spec list

Don't know what DDU'ed is? And yes reinstalled all drivers.

Spec:
FX 6300 @4.2GHz
Gigabyte r7 260x overclocked
8gb ddr3 1866
1tb hdd
mobo: Gigabyte 970a ds3p
etc...

OBRI3N94 :

DDU is display driver uninstaller and its a more aggressive way to remove drivers to ensure there are no issues when installing new drivers

yea hdd seems to be fixed, gpu temps underload around 70 degrees
