It started 2 days ago, I was playing Overwatch and then all of a sudden I started to notice artifact and major tearing on my monitor. I figured maybe it was my monitor. I have 2 monitors plugged in. I tried switching the cables out, I tried using a different monitor and no matter what cord or monitor I used the tear still appeared as well as the artifact. I figured well whatever maybe I can still just play. I run the game for about 10 minutes and it always crashes and I get the error: "rendering has been lost! Closing application". I tried playing many times and it would freeze my entire computer sometimes. It would always start working after a while but the graphics would turn black for a bit after the error then when the game closes it was back to normal. I also checked the temperature and it was a solid 38 C while playing games. I checked GPU usage. It was at 98% when I experience these artifact and tearing. When everything seems ok it runs at 99% while playing. I did a benchmark test average FPS was 50. So I figured maybe it was a recent NVIDIA update. I wiped the drivers and reinstalled 3 times. Lower version. I tried reinstalling the same drivers twice and the same issue persisted. I figured maybe someone out there may have the same problem. I looked around and someone had the same exact issue, he said he had to get a new graphics card because it was the GPU causing such problem. Here's the thing I tried playing a different game that is not overwatch and it worked fine, then when I ran the benchmark test I got tearing and artifact again only in certain scenes. I tried lowering Hz on monitor. I tried triple buffering. I tried g sync on. I tried it off. Tried changing resolution. Tried low graphics. I tried everything literally. I made sure it wasn't my monitors by plugging in the old PC I had. Ran Overwatch with no tearing or artifact. I did every possible test in the book and it still doesn't work. When I'm not playing games everything runs fine. But for some reason it only happens with the benchmark test I did and with Overwatch, any suggestions?

Display Driver Uninstaller might be a last resort worth trying. If it was a new driver update that caused your issue, and common removal method was unsuccessful, it should hopefully solve it and allow you to install the version that was working for you.

It may also be the result of a recent Win 10 auto-update.

Yeah Blizzard had me install Display Driver Uninstaller, I tried using that 4 times to reinstall and unfortunately it still persists :(
Does this mean my graphics card is broken?

Hope not. But on the bright side, it should still be under warranty either way. If it was a win10 autoupdate that's responsible, it may be worth restoring to an earlier point to confirm.
