is it worth getting nvme m.2 960 evo 500 gb is it a huge difference performace from a regular ssd? Im more into video editing.

Solution
nvme is ideal for speed, but size is another thing, price is a bit high for nvme and you still need the m.2 slot on your pc, if it is a older pc, you will not have that option

that is where 1 or 2 terabyte ssd in sata port comes handy

a normal ssd will run at up to 550 to 600 megabytes per second when reading, writing is around 400 megabytes per second on a good ssd, usually 450 reading 300 writing

the nvme 960 m.2 you mention can run at 2500+ megabytes per second when reading and writing 1500+ megabytes

for windows boot times is not that big the difference, for the rest it is a very big difference
