Ddr2 4 gb single slot ?

There are 4GB DDR2 modules for desktops which support it. Which yours does. The more difficult part is finding modules which are not server memory. As that board does not support ECC modules. They must be non-ECC. Don't get those which are high density for AMD only. This will likely be a fairly pricey proposition as not many were sold for regular Intel desktops. So the used market is slim and the new market is grossly overpriced. While used DDR2 server memory is dirt cheap.

They make it but you'll be luck if you can find a new 8Gb kit for under $150. $166 is the cheapest I could find
