Tried to update bios, now wont turn on

hi i tried to update to update my bios on my Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H. My pc updated the drives turned its self on then off again. I waited a few mins then turned it back on and after a few seconds it turns itself off. Ive tried to access the dual bios but with no luck. Maybe i doing it wrong but some help will be much appreciated

  1. I'm only seeing one BIOS version (F9) for that motherboard. What were you trying to update to?

    was trying to update from f3 to f9 as i was having issues with my usb 2 ports
  3. You have a Dual bios yes ?

    Did you complete the flashing process by re setting the motherboard it`s self back to factory default settings once the Flashing successfully completed by using the jumper reset pins found on the motherboard.

    If not, I suggest you do so ! you may be surprised.

    Setting the board back to factory default flushes any conflicting or old code from the previous bios firmware flashed to the rom chips.

    To avoid any loose code left over or conflicts.
    It can often be required to do by some of the rom flash bios chips fitted to motherboards.

    was able to fix it by jumping pins 1 and 6
