its OK and it comes under Tier Three, and it is gold certified so that will do with your rig
I recommended Seasonic cuz they make one of the best quality PSU
and if possible get a H series motherboard like H270 from brands like MSI / Asrock / Gigabyte /EVGA etc

No big difference, just some input or output ports and may be couple of features, that's the only difference.
if your using this system for just regular use like internet, gaming so its fine go with it
