So I just built together my 1st pc but for some reason I can't get it to recognize any screen. HDMI doesn't work and so I thought to use vga but that didn't work either. I plug in the vga screen and it just turns off and when I unplug it the screen turns on saying no connection. There is no OS on the computer as it is just built.
Here is a link to all the parts I have in it; any idea on what it could be?

Solution
The motherboard needs a BIOS update to version 3007 or higher for the Core i7-7700K. The motherboard has a USB BIOS Flashback Card header for a card that they never made available to the public. It, the USB BIOS Flashback Card header, looks to be eliminated on the new Z270 chipset motherboards.

A Celeron G3900 costs about $50, if you want to use a different CPU to flash BIOS. I believe ASUS will flash the motherboard for free if you ask them first and ship it to them.
