GPU for Windows vista

Yo Guys.

My sitster's gpu died on her HP paviljon pc from 2007. She only wants to plays the Sims 3 and Asked me to help her out. Only 'decent' card with Vista drivers that i can find now is a new Asus r7 240. Will this card help her out? +- €70

CPU: core 2 quad Q6600
Ram: 2x 2GB + 1x 1GB
OS: Windows Vista

Any sugestions otherwise?

I used to use a HD 7770 for years on my Windows 7 build.

Played many games on High and including Sims 3.

I'd say the R7 240 is definitely fine for running the game but not maxed out.

You would only really need the Catalyst as a driver, nothing else :)
