My CPU Fan is too loud

If you are running the stock AMD fan I would replace that with something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I've been running those for years in multiple builds and although they aren't silent, they aren't loud at all either.

We need more info.

Is it a new build?
Has it always been loud?
Is it overclocked (hope not on that motherboard)?

Simplest answer is to get a quieter heatsink.

Most quieting will require running the fan slower (unless you have a bad heatsink) and that will result in higher temperatures during intense action.
