Hello again everyone!

I recently did a factory reset of my PC to fix lots of issues.
But an issue developed.
Before the Reset I could Stream normally at 720p 60 FPS, But now (with the same streaming settings) I have MASSIVE FPS DROPS OVER STREAM but NONE in-game.
I don't see how this is an issue, but maybe I deleted something that makes streaming easier? I don't know. Anyone?
Thnaks,
-Jake

I do not think I was, would you mind sending me a link to one so I can see if it look familiar? Thanks

Uhm, the version supported by your Processor would be called Quick sync, and the version supported by your GPU would be called Nvidia NVENC. They aren't the highest quality, but they are extremely fast. If you aren't lagging in-game though, it sounds more like a bitrate issue possibly?

So, when you say "I have MASSIVE FPS DROPS OVER STREAM" do you mean in your streaming software, or on the other end in the streaming site?

What is the software that you are using to stream?

As mentioned above, you will probably want to play around with the settings a bit to see if it helps the issue. Even one or two settings lower or higher on the bitrate settings could make a dramatic improvement.

Here are a few more questions to rule out the basics:

What is your ping like?
Are you on wired or wireless?
Have you ensured your wireless/ wired networking drivers have been re-updated to their latest versions?
Try a tracert to your streaming server. Are there any large bottlenecks in the way of the server?

Not your net connection speed, the bitrate target of your encoding stream. If it's too low you'll have quality issues. If it's too high people with slower connections or slow decoding won't can't get decent playback. What's your bitrate set to now?

Ping is 16.
Wired.
Yes.
No bottle necks whatsoever.
I'm using OBS (NOT OBS Studio)
The FPS Drops are on OBS and on my stream, In game everything runs smoothly.
I do think I fixed it, but I thank all of you for your time and help.

Thanks,
-Jake
