I cant really hear it with headphones so I guess it doesnt.
I already touched everything. And no its not fan.
I even asked my family if they ever heard it. And I got one interesting answer. "Ive heard that forever now"
So I guess this buzzing is already already older than half year.

Not PSU. I can say that. I already used screwdriver as stetoscope, and even my ear can tell that its RAM area.
