Solution herrwizo Jan 27, 2017 The USB stick must be formatted to FAT32 file system, and it must contain a BIOS file you intend to flash. But there is also an easier way. Get a Gigabyte utility called "@BIOS" which can be used to flash BIOS from within Windows. You can download it from here: http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Utility/motherboard_utility_atbios.exe
