I will be doing daily things and gaming.I want pc to last up to 4 years.I got x79 ud3 for free.Is worth to pay more than 30 euros for new 6600k and mobo?I will oc !

Well, if you got LGA2011 mobo for that 4960X, then why not go for it? It will last you for a really long time. It will also come in handy when you play VR games in the future. Of course, this would be my suggestion if that second-hand 4960X is still under warranty and in good condition (not mandatory, but preferably not ever overclocked).

If you are going to overclock (whichever CPU you get), get a decent cooling solution (AIO or some good air cooler).

A 6th or 7th gen CPU will be clocked a bit higher, and have a ~20% IPC advantage, but it's 4 hardware threads vs 12. The 4960X is a far more capable CPU.

The biggest drawback will be a lack of more modern connectivity. You won't be able to use an NVMe SSD, won't have USB 3.1 or type C, and will be on DDR3 rather than 4.
