My Garrys Mod keeps crashing.

I've been playing Garry's mod for a few years now, It's always been crashing and I'm not sure why. I have 400.GB (2.94 is usable)

400GB of RAM? You probably only have 4GB as some is dedicated to the GPU. It's most likely the game itself unless you're having issues with other games. If you have the game on steam verify file integrity.
