Wait for upgrading?

I have a fx 8350- gtx 1070 combo. Of Course, the CPU bottlenecks me hard. I was thinking of getting an i7 6700k, since i want to game and also stream. I heard of AMD Zen so i was wondering if them (and intel afterwards) Will finally do a 'bigger leap' (last 3 or so intel generations were barely an upgrade). Should i wait a few months to see if there will be better cpu for price/performance around the same price as the 6700k is nowadays? Or will the difference not be that great in the foreseeable future?

And what games do you play that bottleneck you so much?
I don't have a problem with my 8370 and Overwatch, TF2, X-Com2, PlanetSide2, etc... Old games maybe, but... Wondering about yours.
