You must include windows 10, HDD, power supply, ram, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a motherboard(wireless/ wifi compatible). I already have a cpu (fx 4130) and gpu (hd7770). You can go at most 15-20$ over budget. Thanks for the help.

Best I can tell no am3 boards have built in wifi. Add some adapter.
