need help guys please look

Guys i have a huge problem and need some thinkers . I have a pc i built at the end of 2015. that i can't get anything to onto the screen. it all started with a usb recognize error. then my motherboard wouldn't even boot up bios. it WAS a asus rampage extreme . it was giving me a b2 error i think and a vga light i had the vga light come on before so i don't think its my video cards. and way long story short i bought a new gigabyte ultra g1 gaming . just got done tonight and go to boot up everything comes on but anything from the screen. nothing . getting really frustrating i have tried one ram in the slot and a different monitor . and of course new mb. my list of components, I7 5930 cpu, gigabyte g1 gaming mb, 64 gb ddr4 geil , evga supernova 1300 ps, 2 980ti kingpins on ekwb blocks. i am wondering if it is a bad pus or maybe even cp

Nothing on the screen and a VGA error? Start by investigating first the graphics subsystem in the computer, rather than replacing the motherboard.

It sounds like you're running both SLI and water blocks on your graphics cards. I see lots of room for issues there. I would start by verifying one or both graphics cards are working and go from there.

I have not ever had a leak so I'm not real sure why a water block would be a problem. This system ran for little over a year with no leaks thanks for your answer
