I want to know if its worth to upgrade my cpu from an i3 to an i7, I mainly use it for gaming (F-HD) and as HTPC, here are my current specs:
Intel i3 4150
4gb ddr3 1600mhz (will upgrade to 8gb)
Asus gtx960 strix 2gb ( in the future I might get a gtx 1060 )
500 watts psu
The i7 is used and for the same price I could get a brand new i5 4690, around $150. So Im not sure whats the best choice. I'll appreciate if you could share some light into this.
