New GPU:EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition, 8GB GDDR5, LED, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) 08G-P4-5173-KR
I bought a new Graphics card and I expected that I needed to update my Bios but when I try, I get the message "Flash Utility is outdated contact Gigabyte support" When I turn on my PC It is stuck at the splash screen and I cant do anything. I put my old card(GTX 560) and it works fine but with the new card im stuck at the splash screen.
Any help would be appreciated
