decent "$100ish" motherboard for i5-7600k or i7-7700k warcraft

getting either i5-7600k or i7-7700k
and getting new ddr4 ram
for around $100 dollars what motherboard would support i5 or i7 to fullest potential

i wont be overclocking at all
i dont want to buy a motherboard with a bunch of random features i wont ever use
please help me out,

 
Solution
It is faster, but not something you are going to really notice. Boards have very little impact, generally, on CPU performance these days, unless the board manufacturer really screws things up with the bios firmware. That fatality board is a better board. It has better audio, has the a newer/stronger PCI-E slot, for graphics cards, and better cooling for the voltage regulation. The B250 Pro4 isn't a horrible board, but the fatality is more geared towards the non overclocking gamer.

If you are not overclocking, then their is no point in getting a K series CPU. Save your cash and get an i7 7700.
