PC Crash: GPU or PSU?

Hey there!

A few days ago my PC started crashing randomly whenever I launch League of Legends. 5 seconds into the game and there's a strange noise coming from either the PSU or GPU (can't tell).

A while ago I sent my previous graphics card to RMA and got a refund for the exact same problem. Now with this "new" card (less than 1 year) the same problem has appeared again.

How can I tell if it is really a GPU problem? I ran stress tests, Unigine Valley, etc. and had no probs although GPU temperature was around 70 degrees Celcius. In addition, in other more demanding games I have no problems. Could it be my cheap PSU causing the problem? If i connect the HDMI to the CPU's integrated graphics I have no problem in League, does that necessarily mean it's a GPU problem?

Thanks in advance!

GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming
PSU: Cooler Master 750M

Solution
If more demanding games work with no problems, then it's more like a problem with LoL, and not your comp. More exactly, it seems some graphical settings set in this game are not 'liked' by your GPU. Try changing things like resolution, refresh rate, VSync, and if that changes anything.
