hello im searching for a power supply to my videocard.. the powersupply is only to the video card because im connecting an external gpu to my laptop. my laptop has it own power supply so remember that i only need a power supply that will make my gpu works 100%. im adding an AMD 6950 2GB graphics card, i saw in a site that the card need like 270W so i found these:
(im trying to get it as cheap as possible...)

1. Antec 450W VP450P
2. Zumax pro 550W
3. Antec 400W BP400PX **The Cheapest** (very important!)
4. Antec 500W VP500P *very expensive to the others..*

now i had an idea... the thing is that in my brother's pc he has Thermaltake 700W which run with moderboard with i7 870, and the 6950.. (yes im taking his 6950 card to my pc so he will run on the basic moderboard graphics card.. cause he dont play video games..)
so i thought maybe i can take the 700W Thermaltake from there, and buy a cheap 300W power supply to my brother's pc. cause it will be very low pc (i7 870, 6gb ram, 500gb, and moderboard.. so a 300- 350 W will be enoguh for that right?)
and the 700W theremaltake will run my 6950 card sure as well..

what u guys say? thanks for helping!

Solution
Seasonic S12II-430 will do just fine and i'd suggest you go for it.

Since PSU is used to power only the GPU, it's 430W should be enough.

You can take the 700W Thermaltake PSU and power your GPU with it. And for the desktop PC that is left, i'd go with Antec 450W VP450P.

If you don't want to rip Thermaltake PSU out of the desktop PC then for GPU alone, you'll need good 500W PSU.
PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Any Tier two PSU in 500W range will do. E.g Seasonic S12II-520.

Though, i'm wondering on how you're planning to connect desktop's internal GPU to your laptop. In desktop PC, the GPU sits inside the MoBo's PCI-E x16 slot.

Seasonic S12II-520 is good quality PSU that costs only $50 and that's cheap. For expensive PSU, look towards Seasonic PRIME 650 that costs $150.
pcpp: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/nn648d/seasonic-prime-650w-80-titanium-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-ssr-650td

I happen to have Seasonic PRIME 650 in my Skylake build (full specs in my sig). I had to hand out €206 for it. For Seasonic S12II-520 that is in my AMD build, i had to hand out only €64. And my Haswell build's PSU, Seasonic M12II-850 EVO came to me for €98.

PSU is the most important part of any PC and you don't want to cheap out on it. If you do and buy cheap $25 unit, be aware that when the PSU dies, it can take your entire PC with it. If you're lucky, you'll also see some nice fireworks when it goes out. Something similar like seen here,

Here's a PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
For good quality PSU, pick any Tier two PSU.

Btw, Antec VP series PSU is mediocre quality (Tier three) PSU while Seasonic S12II series is good quality (Tier two) PSU.
