About 6 months ago one day randomly my wired connection quit working on my windows 7 pc. Its not a cable nor router nor modem problem as far as I can tell, as they all work with other things. No matter what I do, I cannot get the wired connection to work for this pc specifically. All 3 router slots, direct to modem, nothing. I've been using wireless connection for the past 6 months but I am fed up with slow and unstable connection.

I also called my ISP and they tried resetting my connection but it did not help. I've tried everything but am willing to retry everything again, if there is any logs I can post or something I can post to help someone help me I'll be happy to. I'll include a photo of my network adapters.https://gyazo.com/4192dccbbcc7438d0308122f6f6aaaae

You may have a problem with the LAN on the motherboard. Do you use a surge protector on the line? Does your Internet Provider recommend using a surge protector? Is the line in to the modem have a good solid ground?

You may want to replace the LAN with an add-on card.

Tried reinstalling the drivers and resetting the adapters again today, no luck.

Hopefully its not damaged.

I have a surge protector on the wall outlet if thats what you mean by on the line? The modem is about 15 feet away in the same room, going along the floor. And would I replace the LAN with like an ethernet add on card?

I can't connect to the internet at all, it says the local area connection is an "unidentified network"
