I removed the ram sticks to see if i can get any response from the motherboard and i got some beep codes so I think the pc i working fine but i cant see anything from the moment i press the power button. I downloaded the latest bios version but i cant flash the bios since it wont let me go in bios. Motherboard Asus B150 PRO GAMING, Cpu Intel i3 7100 3.9ghz, Ram Kingston Hyper X 2x4gb ddr4 2133mhz, power supply 650w, Gpu Evga 660Ti. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

100 will work with kabylake, but needs the bios update first, which requires a skylake to boot with. And salespeople will say anything to make the sale, right or wrong (in this case misinformed). Since the salesperson said you'd be fine ask him about having the bios flashed in shop to make it fine for free (a 5 minute job at max on a test bench with a power supply and a skylake celeron and a stick of ddr4 test ram connected to a test monitor and keyboard/mouse 10 min to setup 15 total and that is generous) since it costs you twice the gas in his error. Make sure you take only the motherboard for update so they don't accidentally leave the skylake in place of your 7100, Don't know if you can swap the ram either, but kaby lake has...

You have a kaby lake cpu in a 100 series board, take the motherboard to a pc shop to have it updated with a skylake chip to the latest bios that offers kaby lake support.

Hrm found this, it might update in recover mode.

2.1.3
ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 utility
The ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 is an auto recovery tool that allows you to restore the BIOS file
when it fails or gets corrupted during the updating process. You can restore a corrupted BIOS
file using the motherboard support DVD or a USB flash drive that contains the updated BIOS
file.
• Before using this utility, rename the BIOS file in the removable device into
B5PG.
CAP
.
• The BIOS file in the support DVD may not be the latest version. Download the latest
BIOS file from the ASUS website at
www.asus.com
.
Recovering the BIOS
To recover the BIOS:
1.
Turn on the system.
2.
Insert the support DVD to the optical drive or the USB flash drive that contains the
BIOS file to the USB port.
3.
The utility automatically checks the devices for the BIOS file. When found, the utility
reads the BIOS file and enters ASUS EZ Flash 3 utility automatically.
4.
The system requires you to enter BIOS Setup to recover BIOS settings. To ensure
system compatibility and stability, we recommend that you press <F5> to load default
BIOS values.
DO NOT shut down or reset the system while updating the BIOS! Doing so can cause
system boot failure!

From the user manual, though I don't know if it will work with kabylake.

The funny thing is that the guy at the pc store told us take these and you should be fine... So if i understand correct i have two options.. Either i find a skylake cpu from a friend get into bios and update the bios so it can support kabylake or i return the motherboard or the cpu and buy something combatible? 100 series with skylake or 200 series with kaby?

Be pleasant, call in to see what can be done, ask for the salesperson or a manager and be polite and they should want to make it right.
