My cousin's HP Envy Phoenix 860-014 died on her the other day.
It does not even try to start up, it's completely dead. I've replaced the power supply with a known working supply and it still does not even try. Not a peep nor beep. I can only assume that this is a motherboard issue. However I can't find any sort of model number or part number on the motherboard. I can't seem to locate a replacement. Can somebody direct me to where I can find one?
