Pc restarting only in online games

Hello. My pc restarts when i play games that connect to internet (csgo, bo2 etc.). My specs are i7-950, gigabyte gtx 760 windforce, thermaltake toughpower 750w, 12gb ram and mobo is p6t deluxe v2. So i have done stress test for cpu and gpu (and psu but it should be same as test for gpu right?) and they all passed. Restart does not happen when i play single player games like skyrim and fallout 4 so thats why i think it has something to do with internet connection. i also have tried playing with wifi so the lan connector is not broken if someone wants to suggest it. also the problem is not in windows because i have tried it with win 10 and win 8.1 now. rams are fine because i have tested them all. and also changing the power plan doesnt work and i have disabled the restart on error thing. alsso i have made harddisc test and it passed but i dont think it has anything to do with anything. And also when restart happens screen just goes black without bsod. Thanks for anyone who had time to read this and thanks for all the suggestions that you give. just keep in mind that online games cause the restart, not single player games.

i forgot to mention that cpu temps were usually around 55 and gpu in csgo is about 60 but in fallout 4 its over 70 so its not overheating issue, atleast on gpu and cpu
