Could anyone rate my first build?

The i5-7600k isn't compatible with last-generation motherboards without a bios update. You would have to use another cpu to update the bios before installing the newer cpu.
But what I would do (if you really need the k-series cpu) is just buy the i5-6600k instead of the i5-7600k because it will be compatible and cheaper while offering pretty much the exact same performance in games as the newer cpu.

Are you planning to do overclocking? If you are, the rest of your build will be pretty good, but if you're not overclocking, you...

Are you planning to do overclocking? If you are, the rest of your build will be pretty good, but if you're not overclocking, you don't need the z170 motherboard or the separate fan, as pretty much the only reason to get a z-series mobo or an aftermarket fan is because you're going to overclock.

Even if you were going to overclock, I wouldn't recommend it for gaming because it will likely not make very much difference at all. Instead, buy a cheaper motherboard and don't buy a cooler. That will give you more money to buy a much better gpu, which is the most important part of any gaming build.

So for gaming I would recommend this: I5-6500 gaming build
