now my question is,what is the recommended psu for this specs. Is Seasonic S12II 620W 80PLUS Bronze will do good???

I checked PC Part picker and after adding a liquid cooler and the GTX 1060, it shows a total of 285W consumption. I don't know what other things you will add like lighting, but 620 watts is enough. Your good to go.
