Intel® Core™ i5-6600 non-K with chipset Z270. Compatibilities or Incompatibilities?

I want to used chipset series Z but with Processor Intel® Core™ i5-6600 non-K. In my country ASUS MAXIMUS 8 HERO has the same price with TUF Z270 MARK 1

System Build on PCPartPicker Core™ i5-6600 and TUF Z270 MARK 1 (Compatibility Check: No issues/incompatibilities found) but I still hesitate to pick Z270 as my chipset because I find this link from Intel
