Long story short I think my 1070 is shot. I was playing some rocket league one night and all of a sudden there was a power outage. I have a surge protector and it seemed like it didn't help out. When power came back I decided to try at it again only to find out I'm only a getting a max of 4fps. I've tried disabling my igpu and reinstalling the drivers but nothing works. Every games just runs at a max on 4fps. I'm sort of new to this stuff so I'm learning as I go. At this point I'm out of ideas. Anything helps thanks!
