msi A75 MA E35 mobo, I have an A6 6400K should I go up to A10 and if so, what graphics card?

msi A75 MA E35 mobo, I have an A6 6400K it has HD8470 @800 MHz GPU on board, should I go up to A10 CPU and if so, what graphics card? I have a 500watt psu. I was reading the best benchmarks and testing on youtube with multiple games, and they said all I could do is get an ATHLON X4 760K and add biggest card that will work But also can do an A10 6800 it has HD8670 844 MHz A6 can clock 1200mhz when pushed. I still do not understand what is the best possible sweet spot for the A6 and what graphics card I should use. I was looking a an R270 and for the A10 an R290 or R280 should the A10 be with the R270? and please don't say a smaller for the A6 my moms e machine from years ago runs a R260 and it doesn't even run everquest II on a anything but low everything. This is for Everquest II game. There is no lighting no detail in costumes etc. just crappy. Will the A6 6400K be good? I have spent 600 dollars 2 years ago for this setup but it is not running yet because no operating system.
