Hi there, I am currently in search of a reasonably cheap but solid gaming pc, I have found something that whilst a bit old sounds reasonable but I would like someone to tell me how long I can expect to be able to play some of the top game titles for into the future, if that makes sense
also what sort of price should I be willing to pay for it

Specs are as follows:
Intel i7 920 (can comfortably sit overclocked to 3.5GHz++)
•12GB DDR3 Triple Channel Memory PC3-10600 (DDR1333)
•Gigabyte x58A-UD7 Motherboard with Water Cooling Heat Pipes
•2xUSB3.0, eSATA, Dual Gigabit LAN, 2xSATA 6Gb/s, 8xSATA 3Gb/s
•2x Gigabyte GTX670 OC Windforce Graphics card (SLI)
•Zalman Reserator1 Plus Fanless Water Cooling System Reservoir
•Zalman LGA1366 Water Block
•Monsoon Series Two D5 Premium Dual 5.25” Reservoir Blue
•Alphacool VPP655 Single Edition 12V Variable Speed Pump
•Seasonic X -Series SS 750W 80Plus GOLD PowerSupply
•Thermaltake variable speed 120mm fan
•Samsung Spinpoint 1TB HDD
•Antec P180 Black ATX Case

Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
thanks in advance

Solution
that will play AAA games at ultra at 1920x1080. an older game like Forza 3 will be running well over 60 fps with all the bells and whistles turned on.

Thx for the reply I wont bother then. Its 699, I thought it seemed alot for an older pc, may have cost a mint new but figured itd struggle with newer games

for $700, we can get a much, much better PC than that!

You make a valid point lol
So in respect to playing something like forza 3 on that setup how would It go? I probably wouldnt but I was just trying to think of something graphics intense. Im not the sort of person that needs everything on ultra high settings but do like to play new call of dutys and what not on reasonable settings
