Are my temps high?

I just recently got an i7 7700k and in CS:GO my temperature averaged out around 69 degrees C with spikes to 75 occasionally, is this too high?

Yes, those temps are high or I can say more than average +5-10 C. that might be because of stock cooler
have you overclock 7700K?
if yes, then get a aftermarket cooler and a good thermal paste

?Stock Cooler? No K version comes with a stock cooler atleast to my knowledge, and I am using Cyrorig h7 and it's paste.

well I did not know that, then with aftermarket cooler those temps are still high.
but other side of coin says that i7 7700K produce more heat than its predecessor.
make sure your cooling system working fine (intake and exhaust)
