should i get h100i for my 6700k?

i currently have a 212 evo for my 6700k and the max oc im comfortable with on my 212 evo is 4.5 at 1.265v and i want to take it to as far as i can go hoping 4.8-4.9 and im thinking that ill need upwards of 1.4v to get that oc i want and im hoping that i will be able to get that oc with the h100i the 212 evo is great i have had no problems no overheating at all but im seriously thinking of getting a h100i so i can gett the oc i want

will i be able to get the oc i want with my mobo? ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming

not really important. still, there is no guarantee that you can hit 4.8-4.9GHz stable.
also, when talking about high voltages (1.3 and up), it puts quite a bit of stress on the motherboard VRM.
Not all motherboards can do continuously over 60 amperes for the CPU.

the max OC depends on many things.
luck with CPU is one of the most important.
since you are getting 4.5GHz at 1.29v, I doubt you will reach 4.9GHz at all.
as for cooler, while H110i is nice, it's still a toy. Proper AiO would be Swiftech H220/240 X2 and EK Predator 240 or 280.
