Hello dear people, i will appologize for my english since it's not my native language.
I think i got a problem with my cpu. The frequency of my cores is going from 1300 to 3300 Mhz and it never reaches 4000Mhz. the CPU is AMD FX 8350 4,0, even when i play intensive games it stays at 3300mhz is this normal? shouldn't it be at 4000? like it used to be before i've noticed this?
I will write u here my full system specs in a hope you can explain me a bit what's going on and try to help me.
CPU: amd fx 8350 4,0ghz
GPU: MSI Gtx 1060 6gb
MBO: AsRock 970 extreme 3
PSU: Corsair 500w 80+bronze
8gb of ram
windows 10
i will also show you pics from my amd overdrive and hw monitor.

thanks in advance.
