HI, i have an AMD Athlon x4 860k and a r7 360. I am looking to upgrade my GPU to the gtx 1050ti. I am just looking for your opinions on whether or not it will be a bottle neck or if there is another GPU of similar price you would recommend for my PC.

Your CPU will bottleneck some games - that is to say, it will prevent you from getting a higher framerate than some other CPUs would, in some games. A better video card will always allow higher graphical settings. Your CPU may not allow some games to run as smoothly as you'd like but you'll still see gains with a 1050 Ti.
