Hello. Im trying to make my pc quiter.
My graphic card's fans run at minimum 20% 1500 RPM when its idle, and still is the most louder thing in my case.
I cant find a program (msi afterburner, speedfan, or even sapphire trixx) to slow down the speed fan to 0%( 0 RPM ) of course until gpu reach 55-60c.
Is there any other way to do it? maybe from vBIOS ?
