I recently bought a new gaming pc (GPU : Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB)) including a monitor.
I do have a Apple cinema Display 27inch at home. Can I use this Apple monitor as my second monitor? Will it lower my FPS while I'm gaming on my main monitor?
Or are there any other disadvantages I must know?
I just want to use this mac screen for watching streams or anything like that.
Thank you for your help.

For a lot of games you won't simply be able to switch from the game screen to the other monitor. Without the game minimizing. Some games won't come back after minimizing and have to force quit.

Performance shouldn't be impacted unless you span the game across the screens. I'm sure their is some impact but it is negligible. I can't tell the difference on my GTX 970 with one gaming screen and the other sitting there.

If the Apple screen is not the same resolution and dimensions as your current monitor. General usage is a bit annoying. As the cursor will jump up or down from one screen to another. Colors won't match. The size of everything differs. Generally it is best to use identical monitors.
