you will need 300w power supply for 2 eight gb rx480 and probably another 100w for all the other specs based on your GPU choice.

The Amps on the 12v rail look ok for a 600w PSU and you have enough pci-e power connectors. My only concern is its a no name brand so quality is unknown, its not uncommon for the specifications quoted on low quality units to be complete fiction. Personally I would change it for something of known quality, a PSU that fails can cause serious damage to pc components.
