Computer turning on for a second then turning off and repeating.

Hi, I just finished building my first PC and it turns on for around 1 second then turns off for a second and it just repeates that. All the fans spin.

Reset CMOS, by consulting the user manual on that particular board's procedure.
Let us know how that goes.

Assuming that you've put everything where it's supposed to go.
Maybe upload some pics of the built hardware...
