I got a 1060 graphic card 3 months ago, a few days after installing graphic card and driver, PC started to run slowly, sounds cracking and chrome runs very slow especially when I use youtube.
the reason that I added this question in graphic cards section is each time after installing new graphic card's driver the problem will go away but after a few days it will come back again.
note :
the problem always first appears when I'm using youtube.
I didn't have the problem with my old graphic card(gtx 460 SE)

the ways I tried:
deleting cash files.
disabling the extensions.
updating graphic card's driver(it fixed my problem temporary).
my computer specs:
Windows 10
gtx 1060 Zotac
Core i7 6700k
16gb g.skill rip jaw 3000
1TB HDD
