Ok so I have an:
i5 4590
16gb ram
Z87x motherboard
RM 850i

I want to buy a graphic card which will be really good for 1080p gaming at the highest settings and 1440p gaming at high settings. till the next line up of cars from both AMD( after Polaris and Vega) and Nvidia( after Pascal) will be released.

For 2017 I will stay with 1080p monitor but might upgrade to 1440p in 2018.

I may crossfire or sli if scaling with games is good and it's been improving all this while so I think i will. I didn't sli my gtx 970 as it had only 3.5gb vram.

I am shifting towards Rx 480 as it has crossfire support and better DX 12 performance but Nvidia sponsors more game titles so gtx 1060 gets some performance boost.

One card I really want to consider is r9 fury only 260 but has only 4gb vram which I don't think is enough for 1440p.

My budget is 300

Please help me and thanks for your time in advance!?

for 1080p either a rx 480 or 1060 6gb, fairly even either is basically the same - certain games one is better than the other though so read up.-

for 1440p you want a gtx 1070, if you go with either of the above get ready to seriously lower settings
