Hi guys, here's my problem: When I install the latest drivers from NVidia(ver. 342.01 and also 342.00), the screen flickers as expected when installing display drivers, but when it comes back it's at the login screen and fully logged out(no applications running in backgound, they all load up again when I log in), and neither display driver nor included software are installed. I've tried express install and custom install, I ran Display Driver Uninstaller and updated the BIOS, I've done everything short of reinstalling Windows. I've never had a problem like this before, it's baffling me.

The laptop is an ASUS N61vg-A2 with a GeForce 220M. It's running Windows 8.1. I enabled NVidia logging when making the last attempt, they can be found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8xNcD0w09p0NEdyQS1LSWZLaFE

I'm not sure where to go from here so if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

I've tried both with and without GFExp, I also tried much older drivers, 341.44 I think, neither had any difference.

I have no idea how to read those logs - I can find some instructions about setting them up but none help is reading them, you may need to talk to Nvidia direct via https://forums.geforce.com/

Could try a clean boot and see if it makes any difference with regards to installing it.
