Is the coolermaster hyper tx3 evo good to upgrade from a stock cooler ?

Im thinking about upgrading my stock cooler, cuz i think its getting kinda hot, for example in games like gta v cpu temp goes to 75 degrees and in overwatch its like 68 - 71 degrees. Is that too hot ?

The temperature is fine. I presume that you're not overclocking because the TX3 Evo is small and not ideal for an overclocked i5-4670K.
