PC is on but there is no display???

The only way i can turn my pc on is if i take my Graphics card from my pc and plug my hdmi in the mobo hdmi port really thats all i can do

PC SPECS
-MOBO=M5A87L-M

-CPU=FX(tm) I8 8320

-GPU=ASUS R9 280X 3GB

-RAM=16GB DDR3

-PSU=CORSAIR VS550

-OS=WINDOWS 10 PRO

So you know the PC itself is OK, test the video card in another system and also the power supply, test another power supply in your system. One of those is likely bad.
