I just picked up a 500GB 850 EVO to replace my old 128GB Crucial M4 and was wondering if the included software is worth using or not. I know I'm safest backing up and doing a fresh Windows install, but I'd rather not if possible. My current 128GB drive has my Windows installation, most programs (excluding games), and documents on it.
If it's not worth using, what is? Preferably free, though I know that isn't always possible.
