Can my PSU handle 1050ti ? Or 750ti atleast ?

It probably would be fine for the short term but your PSU is far from reliable-I would try and get a decent replacement ASAP if I were you.

I wouldnt want to let a gpu on an untrusted PSU. In my personal opinion, buy a true rated psu and gpu at the same time. But that is just me.

That "500W" PSU can only output 264W (22A) on the 12V rail. That's pretty poor, both in absolute terms and relative to its rated total rated power output.

What CPU do you have?

I agree with TJHooker... the 12 volt rail (where the real power demand resides these days) is fairly wimpy, and the PSU isn't meant for a lot of draw

I have a i3 540 CPU. Can it handle at least GTX 750 ti ?

Based on the labelled specs, yes it should be able to handle a GTX 750 ti. That being said, I can't find any other information on it, and frankly it looks like it's probably junk. Use it at your own risk.
