If you consider any dual channel mobo, already in use with 2 x 4GB in its slots A1 and A2(so B1 and B2 slots free.....duh).....will I be able to put in another 4GB ram in the slot B1 or B2(so now three ram sticks in A1, A2 and B1 or B2.....so in total 12GB of memory.....also all sticks with same specs and Brand)....will I face any issues ?

Thank you.......one more 'stupid' question....will having 4,4 the previous combination, be fit for working with any higher memory(same series and same brand, just with a difference of, let's say 2*8gb sticks) in the remaining B1 and B2 slots?

Thank you.....MOBO supports a total of 32GB.....Due to monetary restrictions........can I add only one extra 8GB stick...not two.......or else give me possible working combos(eg- 4,8*,4,0 ; 4,4*,4,4* ; 4,4*,4,0....A1,B1,A2,B2)( * indicating add-on memory)

You an add any size of upto 8 GB on each slot. Not necessary to have identical pairs or configuration. Make sure to move the larger size memory to the first slot and then followed by the smaller sizes. For eg: 8 GB + 4 GB + 2 GB + 1 GB. So depending on your budget, you can go with any configuration.
